        Aaron, Funny thing- I own a new wine shop on west 20th in Chelsea, just opened a month ago in fact. Store is called Back Label Wine Merchants. Anyways, I came across your post on Cousin Oscar from Rimbert. We just got in the new vintage and im scouring the web for some more detailed information than what I already know about the wine. It too am a big fan. Great post by the way. Just wanted you to know we enjoyed it!

    Hello everyone.
    They are a small grower mountain in Italy – piedmont.
    I’m experiencing some old varieties of grapes including corbeau also called Charbono.
    I wish I could buy a few bottles of very Charbono grapes.
    Someone can help me?

    I am writing an article for the Maryland Historical Society on Baltimore Rainwater Madeira and early wine making in Maryland. In your “The Early Grapes and Wines of Maryland and New York,you quote Giovanni di Pier Andrea di Bernardo da Verrazzano on page “We saw in this country many vines growing.etc”. I’d like your permission to reprint this in my MHS article.
